Minimal Christmas Wrapper

Okay time out.  This was a post for Christmas but I originally had it in a different location when it should have been a post in the first place. So, yes it shows that I’m just posting this now and it’s January.  Sorry about this.

I’m obsessed with simple clean lines.  The simpler the better.  I also love the Scandinavian style Christmas; everything is white, simple and close to nature. Though the typical Scandinavian colors usually consists of black and white, I decided to add color to the trees.  It’s dark green enough to depict the black colors typically used to most Scandinavian design.   I made a simple Christmas tree in Illustrator and made it into a pattern. I can’t wait to get a printer that prints on bigger paper, but in the meantime standard letter size it is.  You know what they say, the smaller the box the most precious the gift is inside 😉

I love love wrapping gifts and making it look like art ready to be unwrapped or destroyed, whichever.  It builds the excitement of uncovering what’s inside.
